Before joining the insurance industry, Neil managed multimillion-pound projects for large food and drink manufacturers, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards. He also has sales experience in renewable energy technologies. Neil is a trustee of a national charity for providing Search and Rescue training. Since joining C&C Re in 2016, he oversees QC, operations, and compliance within the group.
