Charles, with 34 years of insurance and reinsurance experience, has held key leadership roles, including CEO of a large multinational overseeing ASEAN and African operations. He has expertise in underwriting, finance, investment, and agriculture insurance, notably implementing major crop insurance schemes in India. Before his insurance career, Charles served in the Indian Air Force and holds a Diploma in Electronics and Radio Communication Engineering, a Bachelor of Commerce, and an MBA in Finance.
